NOTES - All participants will need to be in official BSA uniform before moving to the campsite. Pack or pack with frame should be used for getting gear to the campsite. Prescribed patrol equipment will be issued for use during the course.
INSIGNIA - Badge of office, unit number, temporary insigna and honors are to be removed from uniforms before starting the Wood Badge training. Only the "Boy Scouts of America" strip, the council shoulder patch, World Crest patch, and the U.S. flag shall appear on shirts. Special Wood Badge insignia will be issued to each candidate to be sewn in its proper place.
