WOOD BADGE REGISTRATION FORM Registration Forms are available at the Council Service Center or by calling 405-840-1114 ext.249 or 1-888-841-1114. Download the registration form in Microsoft Word format. Wood Badge Scholarships are available through the VFW and Last Frontier Council. Last Frontier Council Scholarships are for adults who can not afford to pay the total fee. Applications are available from the Last Frontier Council by calling 405-840-1114 ext.250. Download the Scholarship Application Form in Microsoft Word format. The application must be received 60 days before the first Troop meeting. The 2001 VFW Wood Badge Scholarship deadline is March 31, 2001. The scholarship provides the course fee for the training program. For applications contact: Relations Division at 972-580-2191. All staff and participants must have a current Class III Health Form.
