WOOD BADGE

SR-417

CAMP GEORGE THOMAS

Fall 2001

"Back to Gilwell Happy Land"

Wood Badge Course SR-417 was an exciting and busy Eight Day course taught over Three Weekends.  It began on September 7, 2001 and concluded on October 7, 2001.  We all made NEW friends and grew in our abilities to deliver the Scouting program to the youth we serve. Learning new skills and growing in your Scouting and your personal life is an important part of Wood Badge and SR-417 was a success at doing just that.  Though the practical phase of the course is over and we are now working on the application phase.  This course has been described by many Scouters as a high point in their Scouting experience.  The true test of our success will be seen in the years to come.

For more information, click on Course Information or contact Marlin Butcher at kevie1@flash.net .

*** Pictures that were taken during SR-417 are still available on a CD (including the PowerPoint presentation). If you want one please email Gary Gleaves. The price will be $3.00.
